At Aran Veterinary Clinic our mission is to provide our clients and patients with the best possible veterinary care ranging from preventative medicine and nutritional advice to medical and surgical care underlining our motto of “Your pet is part of the family”

Veterinarian Dr Tjitske Schouwstra

Dr. Schouwstra is the resident Veterinarian at Aran Veterinary Clinic. She has a golden retriever by the name of Ludo and a cat called Jip. Other interests include endurance riding and she has a Arabian gelding “Aran Shaii”.

Admin Manager Riekie Coetzee

Riekie handles all account queries and admin duties. She has a yorkshire terrier called Trytan who rules the house. Riekie and her family love the outdoors and are avid campers.

Receptionist Karen Albon

Karin works at reception and helps the clients with enquiries and assists with sales. She is also the friendly voice on the telephone when you phone in the afternoon. Above she is with Beccy. She also has another cat called Salem.

Receptionist Janine Kloppers

Janine picks up the parlour dogs and is responsible for stock in the clinic. Here she is pictured with Jason, one of the rehab citizens. She has a cat called Liefie and a Daschund called Snuffles.

Kennel Supervisor Sweis Kotze

Sweis Kotze is responsible for Pet’s Palace and looking after all your pets at the boarding kennels. Here she is pictured with Angel, her 1.5 year old Husky.
